Avast. New opening day. Strange development.
One of my lifeguards was supposed to be taking a test today and I was going to give her moral support by being there…BUT the test was canceled. I’d already prepped my lifeguards for doing swim tests in my absence. I decided that they were competent enough to do swim tests without me. They still are. Hence, in an effort to avoid micromanaging and tell them that I trust their abilities…I am stepping in for the sickly webphoto guy while they test the chitlins for swimming ability or lack thereof.
I don’t get to go shirtless today…Sigh, not such a good tan this Sunday, but I get to drive about in a 4×4 called “the gator”. Oh yes. It will still be a good day.
